    B-Vitamins for Energy and Weight Loss?

    One of my family members has successfully lost 100 pounds so far without surgery or diet pills. The only supplement she is taking is a B-vitamin drop, which she says helps to boost your metabolism and your energy levels. Have you guys ever tried taking a B-vitamin complex before? Do you take one now? Do you believe it really boosts your energy level?

    I have heard vitamin B can help with energy but I didn't know it could have such an effect on weight. Did she make other changes at the same time in order to lose so much?

    I remember my mom went to a weight loss doctor many years ago and received B-vitamin injections every week when she was working third shift. She said you really would feel a lot better for about two or three days after you got the shot, so I think it really does help with energy and metabolism.

    That's a lot of weight loss from a vitamin! I know my metabolism is a mess and I'm tired all the time, so I'm definitely going to give this a try. Thanks!

    No doubt that this vitamin is good for energy and weight lose but some time it may harmful to use pills and supplements for weight lose so i think it is good to follow natural ways for weight lose.

    Every vitamin is important for healthy living and no doubt that B vitamin is helpful to lose weight. Taking vitamins are good and its a natural way to lose weight.
